I learned that it is simple to crack and that they made it even easier.
Even though I come from a non-CS background, I felt that understanding data science would help me advance in my profession.
I found this course handy for topping up my knowledge in customer service; it was good in helping me identify what skills I already had that could apply to retail.
Love everything I learned and recommend people do it and hopefully everyone including me find the job with the qualifications
Good quality review that isn't time-consuming and is rather educational with a great quiz. Would 100% recommend.
Greatly designed course, interesting topics covered in the PA/Secretarial course; there was a problem with the hard copy certificate delivery, but the Cambridge Open Academy were very efficient at sorting it out. Very happy with the course and the service.
The course was well-detailed. It just lacked videos, which would have been useful.
